- Identification of issues, opportunities, and constraints
- Development of a feasibility analysis including ridership projections, potential costs and supporting development
- A master plan for the station area
- An implementation plan
The Station area master plan will include:
- Pedestrian access, including pedestrian and bicycle connections to the town center. Bike and automobile parking
- Station plaza with landscaping and public art
- High level platforms for ADA conformity
- Necessary track improvements
- Connections to existing transit routes
- Analysis of transit supportive developments in the town center and surrounding area
