The Southbridge Transportation Action Plan (www.wilmapco.org/Southbridge) found truck volumes were the biggest transportation concern of residents. The Southbridge Truck Bypass Study (STBS) builds off this work by identifying short- and long-term solutions to reduce truck trips in Southbridge while improving Wilmington’s freight efficiency.
