The Transportation Improvement Program, or TIP, prioritizes and documents anticipated projects including roads, buses, rail, bicycle and pedestrian improvements. Each project shows a description and the expected schedule and funding. Also includes Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) projects.

Note that this map does not include every project listed in the TIP. For certain projects, such as the New Castle County Transit Vehicle Replacement and Refurbishment project, it can be difficult to pin the project to one specific location or region. Therefore, this project and other location-ambiguous projects are not included in this map.
