As part of our update to the RTP, WILMAPCO staff
is developing a series of "what-if" scenarios.
With several variables (i.e. transportation
funding constraints, water/sewer availability,
high energy prices etc.) that are not fully
known at this time, it is important to look at
how the region may evolve as a result of these
factors. Over the past few months, staff has
developed several scenarios for presentation and
discussion with other agencies and the public.
Currently, we have 6 concept scenarios that are
being considered. To view them, please download
